National Certificate in Sales Level 3

 

This qualification will take up to 12 months to complete.

 

This qualification will enable people to learn sales skills and knowledge.

They will learn how to:

  • Understand and apply marketing techniques

  • Understand target markets, customers and buyer behaviour

  • Develop effective business relationships

  • Conduct ethical prospecting techniques

  • Develop their own selling style

  • Achieve goals and targets

  • Negotiate and close sales

  • Key administration skills, including how to measure their sales performance.
