This qualification is designed for people in administration and front-line roles. It recognises a range of intermediate business administration and computing skills.
They will learn about:
Effective written communications
The administration procedures of the business
General office and administration tasks
Producing a range of documents to consistently high standards
Using a wide range of office equipment efficiently
Creating solutions for a range of administrative situations
Using a range of software applications in their daily tasks.

There may be additional costs if external training and assessment are required.
