National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 4

 

 

This qualification will take up to 12 months to complete.

 

This qualification is suitable for experienced supervisors and team leaders who wish to make the next step towards a management position.

 

If they have completed the Level 3 qualification, they will have some credits required for this qualification. However, the Level 3 is not a prerequisite to achieving the Level 4 qualification.

 

They will learn about:

  • Team-building skills

  • Organisational principles

  • Planning performance management systems

  • Supervising workplace operations

  • Managing conflict.
