National Certificate in Snowsports Equipment Level 2

Who is this qualification for?

This qualification is for people who work in a snowsport area or in a snowsport equipment rental or retail enterprise.


This qualification will take 6 months to complete.

You will complete on-job tasks and a self-paced assessment that captures your knowledge of:

  • rental equipment
  • how to correctly fit equipment for customers and make recommendations
  • complete hire agreements
  • manage returns
  • assessing equipment conditions
  • health and safety, and
  • customer service skills.
