This qualification is designed for people working in a wide range of office administration and business roles in sport, recreation or performing arts.
Business and administration professionals are sharp, detail-oriented and great at planning ahead. They use organisational knowledge and skills, gained within their workplace, to deliver top-notch support to the business.
This qualification will be delivered in a workplace within the sport and recreation industry, and assessments will be completed online.
Graduates of this qualification will be equipped to produce and manage business documents and data, and carry out a range of critical tasks for the smooth functioning of the business.

Providing administrative support, including: mail processing, records management, visitor management, maintenance of office supplies and/or equipment, meeting arrangements and support, reproduction of business documents, routine financial calculations.

Unit standard 29025 | Obtain, communicate, and reproduce business information using business technology | L3 | 15 credits |
Unit standard 29026 | Process data to produce information for business purposes | L3 | 15 credits |
Unit standard 29027 | Produce business documents using software applications | L3 | 15 credits |
