With the Level 4 lockdown extended until at least 31 August for Auckland, and 27 August for the rest of New Zealand, Skills Active staff are continuing to work from home, and staying in close touch with our industries.
Our thoughts are with our workplaces, learners and assessors as we all face worries about our health, our whānau, our livelihoods and our future plans.
If you or your staff are currently working with us, or if you're one of our registered assessors, keep in mind that we are ready at the end of the phone if you need help!
While it's not possible to complete practical training or assessments in the workplace right now, we encourage our trainees to make use of the time to work on the theory components of their qualifications - get in touch with your learning support advisor if you need any help accessing your resources.
